Jaclyn Johnson the blogger turned CEO turned conference creator-event planner extraordinaire has implanted Los Angeles with a much needed dose of curated, innovative and interesting marketing for companies often put on the back burner in LA, namely fashion + lifestyle brands.

Having worked in the digital marketing space for the past 10 years, she launched her first company at the age of 23 a creatively- driven marketing, influencer and events agency called (No Subject). 

Launched in 2010, (NO SUBJECT) has established itself one of the go-to marketing, influencer and events agencies in Los Angeles servicing clients such as Simon Malls, Westfield, L'Oreal Paris, Microsoft, Nasty Gal, Levi’s, Sprint, Baxter of California, Urban Decay and more. 

No Subject was acquired by Small Girls PR in August 2016, Jaclyn still serves as a New Business Consultant. 

In 2011, she introduce the online platform and offline conference series, Create & Cultivate, created specifically for female entrepreneurs in the digital space. Johnson wanted to create a 365 day conversation around entrepreneurship and being a woman in the modern digital world. The conference gathers hundreds of thousands of the next generation of curious creatives, entrepreneurs and girl bosses to spark conversation around the topics they are passionate about from influencer marketing and brand building to raising money.

C&C has become one of the fastest growing conferences for millennial women hosting talent such as Gloria Steinem, Chelsea Handler, Jessica Alba, Rachel Zoe, Nicole Richie and more. The conference regularly sells out of tickets for their large scale events and has brand partnerships with Microsoft, Marriott and Simon Malls to name a few. 

She has been named Forbes 30 under 30 for marketing and advertising, Levo 100, A Woman of Note by the Wall Street Journal and 25 most stylish Angelenos by StyleCaster among other accolades.
